Wheel diameter. The bigger the wheel, the lower and wider the tire and usually the higher the price. A 2026 Camry LE wears P205/65R16, the XLE and SE P235/45R18, and the XSE and Nightshade P235/40R191. In one tire line, Continental's ExtremeContact DWS06 PLUS, the 18-inch Camry size was $202.99 and the 19-inch size $258.99 per tire3.
Warranty and price vary by tire line. Pirelli's P4 Persist AS Plus carries an 85,000 mile tread life warranty and cost $127.99 in the Corolla LE size2. Continental's ExtremeContact DWS06 PLUS cost $185.99 in the same size with a 50,000 mile warranty for non-staggered fitments3.
What to check. The size, load index and speed rating on your placard; whether the price includes installation (these do not); and the date code on the tires delivered (see the tire size guide).

From your placard, not the tires on the car now.
The number after the size: match or exceed the placard.
The letter after the load index (the Y in 98Y).
Check it when the tires arrive. See the size guide.
Only with 16-inch wheels that fit the car, and the brakes and placard must allow it. Ask a tire shop; the placard on your door shows the sizes your car left the factory with.
It is an older speed-category marking that some performance tires still carry. The speed symbol after the load index (the Y in 98Y) is the one to match.
We do not earn anything from purchases today. Every product link is a plain link to the merchant's own page, without an affiliate code. We may join merchants' affiliate programs in the future, and this notice will say so before that changes.
Tire prices change often and depend on the exact size, load index and speed rating. Every price here is the retailer's per-tire price on the date shown, before installation, fees and tax. The retailer's own page is the final word on price, availability and terms.
Always confirm the size on your own vehicle's Tire and Loading Information placard before you buy. TreadFit Guide does not sell or install tires and does not take your details.
